Solution: Once you've mounted the scanner and established a good read rate with a stationary label, try to establish a good read with a moving label.

To ensure reliable scanning, you need to apply a minimum of five scans to each label. This means that all variables, label speed, raster height, raster speed, read range, etc., are significant.

To calculate in advance the number of scans that the label will receive, use the formulas described in "Formulas for Number of Scans" in your user manual.
