Solution: 1. Insert your Microscan CD or download the file from www.microscan.com/esp
2. Launch Setup.exe under ESP_software\Multi_Platform and follow the prompts. (If downloading from the weeb, extract ESP WinZip files to a directory of your choice.)
3. Note where your ESP.exe file is stored on your hard drive.
4. Click and drag ESP.exe file to your desktop to create a shortcut for easy access.
5. Click the ESP icon to start the program.
